Instacoll Yellow Mat Base is part of a two part system consisting of Mat Base and an Activator. The result is a non-shiny matte gilded surface--great when less shine is needed.
Unlike regular Instacoll, it is for indoor use only.
Instacoll Mat Base is an adhesive that can be applied with a brush or sprayed. It takes about an hour to dry after which the leaf can be applied. The prepared surface can be gilded for about an hour before it becomes too dry. The base can be reactivated by applying Instacoll Activator.
