Agate burnisher #41 is a gilding tool used for polishing gold, silver, or other leaf, on picture frames, artwork, icons, or other items that have been water gilded.

This arrow-shaped extra large burnisher is great for burnishing large flat surfaces. It is not recommended for small detail work.

Made of highly polished genuine agate, securely fastened to a lacquered wooden handle. Total length: 11", Tip length: 3.5". Lengths are approximate.
