Kölner Permacoll

 

Kolner Permacoll water base size is especially formulated for gold and silver leaf. Permacoll Size HA is formulated for copper and imitation gold and silver leaf. It does not require an activator and reaches tack in 15 to 30 minutes.

 

The advantage of Permacoll is that is has a long tack time for applying the leaf, which can be applied for for up to several days. Permacoll Size is formulated for gilding leaf on all types of non-porous, smooth or textured surfaces. Permacoll Size is for indoor applications only and is not burnishable. It should not be exposed to weather or excessive wear.

 

For a brighter finish or outdoor application, consider using Kölner Instacoll.
