Gilders Cushions / Pads

Gilders cushions, also known as gilders pads, are used for staging gold leaf before cutting with a gilders knife, or transferring to a gilders tip. Our gilders pads are made with the high quality suede that will not tear or damage your gold or other metal leaf. Several types of cushions are available, some with hand straps, and wind shields, making them easier to handle, or preventing stray air currents from disturbing the leaf.
